India's Adani mulls Brisbane port bid

INDIAN conglomerate Adani Group has emerged as a third player in the $2 billion privatisation of the Port of Brisbane.
Adani, which is spending billions of dollars acquiring and developing coal mines and related infrastructure in Queensland's Galilee Basin, is undertaking a dramatic global expansion.
