Tomorrow to Gioia Tauro, Rosarno, San Ferdinando the ninth International Laboratory of Architecture from the title will be opened "the project of the existing and the restoration of the landscape. Gioia Tauro, Rosarno, San Ferdinando and the harbour area. Landscapes and passages" that are organized from the PhD in Architectonic and City Planning, Department of Art, Science and Technique of Costruire of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria.

The Laboratory, than will conclude 8 October, previews the participation of architects of international reputation who, placed side by side from tutor, will guide groups of planning composed by students, graduating, and young people graduated in architecture and building engineering, being confronted on thematic architectonic and city characterized and instructd with the Harbour Authority of Gioia Tauro.

To the progettuale activity to conferences and lessons, carried out from the tutors and other Italian and foreign students, and excursions for an acquaintance of problematic territorial, landscaped and the architectonic ones of the Calabria will come abreast.

The Laboratory will conclude with the presentation and the public argument of the elaborated proposals, that they will be object of a next publication. Besides the progettuali activities a cycle of conferences of architects and students of national and international importance is previewed between which Daniel Libeskind, Franco Purini, Nicola Marzot, Mauro Staccioli, Walter A. Noebel, Giancarlo Cataldi and Maria Giuseppina Grasso Cannizzo. They will be you anticipate also the editors of the Portuale Town development plan di Gioia Tauro and the Territorial Plan of Coordination of the province of Reggio Calabria.
