CNA Fita has proposed the suspension of the Sistrum



CNA Fita, in occasion of a audition held yesterday to the eighth Ambient Commission of the Chamber, has proposed the suspension of the Sistrum, the system of control of the traceability of the refusals, in attended that the entire legislative system can be modified.

It appears in fact paradoxical - it has evidenced the association - that third parties reruns the obligation of traceability of a transport of not dangerous refusals while of the toxic or radioactive material can travel on means used after the transport of goods on account own without some control.

Waiting for to verify that the demands come understood from the legislator, CNA-Fita has confirmed of being ready to the collective legal action in order to reimburse the enterprises that have up to here paid the contribution anniversary in order not to have some service. The proposal of the association of the road haulage previews the direct reimbursement of the sums paid through also the tax credit.

"If we firstly do not have answers on the reimbursement and then on the remainder of our demands - it has concluded Cinzia Franchini - our association is ready to declare a state of agitation of its members and it will proceed to a collective legal action. Also for this I have demanded of being listened in Commission and equally I hope can happen with the minister of the Stefania Prestigiacomo Atmosphere. I consider reasonable and well-advised our demands and I hope that with the dialogue it is timely succeeded in to place remedy to this disagreeable and heavy impasse".
