The Tuscany assembly has approved of the text of law for the institution of the Regional Harbour Authority



Tuesday the regional council of the Tuscany has approved of to majority the text of law for the institution of the Regional Harbour Authority for the ports of call of Viareggio, Isola del Giglio, Santo Stefano Port and Marina of Field to Elba. Moreover the Tuscany assembly has approved of to majority also a resolution connected that it engages the regional committee "to undertake political-institutional initiatives useful to the start of the procedures of redefinition of the borders of the harbour area of Viareggio" and "to attribute, within a year from the performance of state property federalism, the assets of the harbour Federal property and to redefine the borders of the areas subject to the Authority, being excluded those not specific pertinence".
