Stena Line buys great part of the marine services of Scandlines in the Baltic Sea



The society of Danish navigation Scandlines, that Capital Group and Allianza is controlled by the societies of private equities 3i Capital Partners, both detentrici of a share quota 49%, has yielded great part of own marine services to the Swede Stena Line. . The sale includes the Sassnitz ferry.
