The traffic in the port of Amburgo grows thanks to the exports



In the first six months of the 2012 port of Amburgo it has enlivened 65,8 million tons of goods, with a progression of 2.7% regarding 64,1 million tons in the first half last year. The traffic in export has grown of 6.4% to 28,4 million tons and that of import is increased of 0.1% 37,5 million to tons. In the solo first trimester of the 2012 traffic has totaled 32,6 million tons, with an increment of 3.8% on the same period of 2011 ( on 16 May 2012), while in the quarter next the increase of the traffic has a slow down quickly: in fact tons are enlivened 33,2 million, with an increase of the 1.5% on the period April-june last year.

The goods several is piled to altogether 46 million tons (+3.0%). The single containerized trade has been pairs to 45,0 million tons (+3.3%) regarding 43,5 million tons in the first semester of 2011. Handling of the containers has been pairs to 4,4 million container teu (+1.9%), of which 3,8 million teu full (+4.7%). Altogether the containerized trade with Asia has been pairs to 2,4 million teu, in bending of 6.0% on the first six months of 2011 to root cause of the decrease of 7.6% of the traffic with China. In year 2011 they have been the 595,000 teu transported through Amburgo with Russia". In the first six months of this year, moreover, the containerized trade with the Africa enlivened from the port of Amburgo is increased of 3.8% to 121.000 teu and that with Pacific Australia/has grown of 1.6% to 20.000 teu. Down, instead, the traffic of the goods conventional that in the first semester of 2012 has totaled million tons regarding 1,2 million one tons in the first half last year.

Altogether the traffic of the bulk has been attested 19,8 million to tons (+2.2%), of which 10,1 million tons of bulk enlivened with bucket (+5.0%), 3,2 million tons of dusty bulk (+3.3%) and 6,5 million tons of liquid bulk (- 2.2%).
