The Harbour Committee of Genoa approves of the program of ban of contest for the cession of the quota the Harbour Authority in Airport of Genoa


Today the Harbour Committee of Genoa has approved of the program of ban of contest for the cession of the quota pairs to stopped 60% from the Harbour Authority in the capital of Airport of Genoa Spa, the company that manages of the Christopher Columbus airport of from Liguria chief town that is participated also by the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa with 25% and from the Airports of Roma Spa (ADR) with 15%.

The president of the Harbour Authority, Luigi Merlo, has invited ADR and Chamber of Commerce to formally melt reserve on the sale of the respective quotas within 15 days, so as to be able to proceed to the drawing up of the definitive ban of contest. “If within that term we do not receive answers - it has explained - we will proceed to the sale of ours 60%”.

The genoese harbour agency has ricorcato that, as expected from the charter of Airport of Genoa, the associates will be able to exercise the preemptive right on the which offered for sale quotas. The valorization of the quota property of the Harbour Authority is worth 30 million euros. The Harbour Committee has approved of also the ban in order to entrust the concession, the planning and the restructure of the Hennebique building and the areas of pertinence in compliance with the functions previewed from enforced Town-planning the Slowly Communal one of Genoa.
