In the third trimester the profit clearly of CAI International has grown of 21.3%



The society of intermodal chartering of container CAI International has closed the third trimester of this year with a profit clearly of 16,5 million dollars on revenues for 44,9 million dollars, with increments respective of 21.3% and 36.3% regarding the period July-september of 2011. The operating costs are increased of 67.6% to 18,9 million dollars and the operating profit has grown of 20.1% to 26,0 million dollars.

In the first nine months of the 2012 American company it has totaled a profit clearly of 46,0 million dollars on revenues for 124,1 million dollars, with progressions of 23.5% and 38.7% regarding the correspondent period last year. The operating costs are piled to 50,8 million dollars (+57.0%) and the operating profit to 73,3 million dollars (+28.3%).

Commenting with satisfaction the achieved positive results from the society in the third trimester, the managing director of CAI, Victor Garcia, it has specified that also in last part of 2012 an elevated rate is attended uses of the container fleet, rate that recently is light increased going up from 94.3% of according to trimester of 2012 to in the quarter next 94.8%.
