In the specific one, the Committee has expressed to seem favorable sign with prescription with respect to the additional actions in matter of requirement of patrimonial solidity between ANAS Spa and respective ATIVA Spa Society of project "Freeway Asti-Cuneo Spa"; Society "tangential Milan Serravalle-Milan Spa"; "SATAP Spa" - A4 Log, "SATAP Spa" - A21 Log. The Committee has expressed to seem favorable with prescription on the outline of convention for the management of the freeway Piacenza-Cremona-Brescia (A21).

In the within of the program of strategic infrastructures (law 443/2001), the Committee has iterated the tie which foreordained to the expropriation on the pieces of real estate interested from the realization of the velocizzazione of the railway line Catania-Syracuse - Hut-Augusta Draft. The CIPE has arranged also the delay of the declarations of public usefullness for the realization of the railway line Alta Velocità/Alta Capacità Genova-Milano, Third Pass of Giovi, for the restructure of central the Molisano aqueduct, for the draft Cent-Foligno Bridge of the Umbria-Marche Quadrilateral, and for the railway node of Genoa, infrastructural potenziamento Genoa Voltri-Genoa Brignole.

Between the provisions, the Committee has moreover attributed to Italian Railway Net (RFI) resources for the financing of the relative investments to the national railway infrastructural net: draft of 802 million euros for the Third Pass of Giovi, of 70 million euros for the railway line Fortress - Verona, Beltway of Trento, and 328 million euros for the "potenziamento of the nodes, the standard of interoperability of the European corridors and the improvement of the performances of the net and the railway services", of which 215 to specific participations.

The city council member to infrastructures of the Region Liguria, Raffaella Paita, has expressed satisfaction for the restoration of the cover financial institution of according to lottery of the project for the realization of the Third Pass of Giovi. The Third Pass is therefore the work that will make use of the majority of the resources allocated with bill 43/2013".
