the General Command of the Harbour offices has authorized the experimentation of a prototype of marine only door in the port of Bari proposed from the Harbour Authority of the East. The from Bari harbour agency has remembered that past tuesday has held to Ioánnina, in Greece, kick-off the meeting of plan ARGES, financed strategic plan with five million euro from the E.T.C.P. Greece-Italy 2007/2013 in order to put the bases of the development of the new interregional communitarian programming until 2020, and that the plan, devised from staff of the Office Technological Innovation of the Harbour Authority of the East, sets two main objectives between which first that to create this prototype of maritime single is own windows that, in performance of communitarian directive 65/2010, beginning from allows the june the 2015 management simplified and computerized of the practical ones at the expense of the marine agencies.

the objective second of plan ARGES is that to extend uses it of the JOYFUL system, developed and used from the Harbour Authority of the East like Port Community System for the distribution of services to operators and passengers and for the interchange of national institutional data with and the foreign ones, also to the ports of Igoumenitsa, Patrasso and Corfù. Al meeting of Ioánnina, organized from the Region of the Epirus that will carry out the task of Lead Partner, has participated represented of all the partner and, therefore, besides the General Command of the Harbour offices and to the Harbour Authority of the East, Province BAT, the Polytechnic of Bari, the CMCC of C#lecce, the Harbour Authorities of Igoumenitsa, Patrasso and Corfù and the CTI Diophantus di Patrasso.

In occasion of the meeting the president of the Harbour Authority of the East, Francesco Mariani, and the chancellor of the Polytechnic of Bari, Eugenio Di Sciascio, meeting the president of the Region of Epirus, Alexandros Kachrimanis, have restated the Italian interest of the partner to these forms of collaboration that transferring to primary activities, which are those of the ports and the marine traffics, innovation and technologies to the vanguard can constitute a decisive contribution to the resumption of the Italian and Greek economies allowing with the respective territories to exit the crisis and to candidate itself, in the next communitarian programming, like fundamental nodes of the European logistic system. The Harbour Authority of the East has specified that much fort has been also the interest manifested from the Harbour Authorities of Corfù and Patrasso to extend also in their ports the functionalities of JOYFUL like already will happen to Igoumenitsa in the next few months.
