Il 30 ottobre nel porto commerciale di Augusta si terrà il “Blue Day”

Il prossimo 30 ottobre nel porto commerciale di Augusta si terrà il “Blue Day”, organizzato dall'Autorità Portuale di Augusta con il Ministero delle Politiche Agricole, Alimentari e Forestali, la Marina Militare Italiana e la Direzione Generale degli Affari Marittimi e Pesca (DG Mare) della Commissione Europea e realizzato nell'ambito del semestre di presidenza italiana del Consiglio dell'UE.

Il “Blue Day” sarà l'occasione per uno scambio di opinioni a livello europeo sul Mediterraneo e sulle principali problematiche legate all'economia marittima, con una particolare attenzione all'uso sostenibile delle risorse marine, al risparmio energetico, alla ricerca ed all'innovazione nel settore marittimo-portuale, con l'obiettivo di costruire una strategia integrata. L'evento vedrà il suo momento centrale negli incontri a cui parteciperanno membri della Commissione Europea, ministri, parlamentari e delegazioni internazionali, e numerose rappresentanze istituzionali e del cluster marittimo nazionale ed europeo.
