The city territory, and therefore the harbour areas, is divided in two areas whose "border" is constituted by the Polcevera torrent. The Office "Genoa 1", directed by Claudio Tucci, has competence from the area of the Naval Repairs until the Messina terminal; the Office "Genoa 2", directed by Manuela Tealdo, has competence from the area of the Ilva plant until Voltri (comprised therefore the airport); both the offices will have competence on the entire provincial territory, always subdivided from the "border" of the Polcevera. The centers of the two directions are placed in the building of Saint Limbania in via Rubattino; the Office antiswindle will find instead new center near the ground floor of the Mansion of Marinaresche Arts to Voltri.
