Hapag-Lloyd returns to record a semiannual profit

In the period April-june of this year the fleet of portacontainer of the Hapag-Lloyd has transported cargo volumes pairs to beyond 1,9 million teu regarding than less 1,5 million teu in the same period of 2014. The medium hire for container teu has turned out pairs to 1.264 dollars, with a decrease of the -11,4% regarding 1.426 dollars in according to trimester last year.

In the first semester of the 2015 fleet of the German company it has transported containerized volumes pairs to 3,7 million teu regarding 2,9 million teu in the first half last year. The medium hire for teu is piled to 1.296 dollars regarding 1.424 in the first six months of 2014.

"Our results - it has found - demonstrate that the fusion with CSAV has been the just decision and an important stage in the development of the Hapag-Lloyd since we have already benefitted from integration".
