The Harbour Authority of Genoa, in sight of its transformation in Authority of Harbour System of the Ligurian Sea Western when its jurisdiction, now limited to the port of the capital of Liguria, is widened to the ports of call of Savona and Vado, has made the point on the economic situation of the agency having introduced the preconsuntivo 2016 and pre-emptive budget 2017, documents that today will be examined by the Harbour Committee.

The authority previews to close 2016 with a remainder of administration of 195 million euros, of which 149 million bound for works and 11,5 million engaged in works and maintenances. The management remainder will pile therefore to 34,5 million euros. The running expense saving for the operation of the agency, regarding the estimate, will be of 16,8 million euros. Sul forehead of the fiscal entrances will record a due decrease of 2,3 million - it has explained the Harbour Authority - to the contraction of the liquid bulk traffic. The authority has evidenced also the lacked attribution the jettison at sea Vat for years 2013, 2014 and 2015, against annual initial forecasts of 12 million and in the presence of produced 3,2 billion euros of Vat from the port of Genoa on 12,5 billion produced on the whole from the Italian ports.

Relatively to pre-emptive budget 2017, the presumed remainder to year-end piles to 169 million euros, of which 133 million euros bound for works. The previewed entrances are estimated in 45 million euros for the fiscal jettison at sea and 28 million euros for canons. A advanced running escape to the 2016 for 13 million euros due to the increase of the costs of labor is calculated, to greater expenses of vigilance and security, to expenses of operation compressed in the year in course, to forecasts of expense for litigations. The forecast of investment on account capital piles to 23,6 million, while nine million will be destined to planning. Of the destined resources to the planning, the majority is assigned to the executive planning for the widening of the mouth of West of the basin of Sampierdarena, for the realization of the new Tower Pilots to the income it raise of the port and for the so-called "Upset to sea" of the Fincantieri areas. The job to the mouth of West of Sampierdarena - it has specified the agency - fundamental in order to allow the income and the escape of the ships, above all in forecast of the operating start of Bettolo Descent, is from considering itself as "first phase" of the new dam. Entire year 2017 will be destined to the phase of planning and the first new yards could be under way in 2018.

About the new works, for the 2017 they are allocated 23,6 million euros, between which 12 million euros for the electrification of the docks of the terminal VTE, 2,2 million they are previewed for the new fleeting footbridges of boarding to Doria Bridge, 1,5 million for works to green of the Channel of Calm of Prà and 0,6 million for propedeutici work to the realization of according to railroad of Voltri. The maintenances will pile to 6,3 million euros, of which two for practicability and manufactured, 1,3 million for the marine structures, million for the railway net and 1,5 million for the systems.

As for ivories currently in course, the Harbour Authority has remembered that all the financings for the yards under execution are confirmed. These the main ones: electrification of the basins (previewed closing to January); Bettolo descent (the current phase is previewed in closing for the April month; to follow the new phases for infrastructuring and street and railway practicability); new car park (previewed closing in spring); system realization of the Sheds of East; accommodation of the Ped; accommodation of the river mouth of the Leira (six months); cover of the Basin number 1 (8 million investment); resumption of the work on Ronco-Canepa and Ponte Ethiopia.
