Assologistica Culture and Formation celebrates the 10 years of activity with a nourished program of course, seminaries and workshop



In order to celebrate its first ten years of Assologistica activity Culture and Formation, the formative branch of Assologistica, the national association that groups operators specialized in logistics on account third party, it has defined a program of course, seminaries and renewed workshop, between which a master of 200 hours for the qualification of economic Operator authorized (AEO), figure the whose presence - as a result of the effectiveness of the new Customs Code of the European Union - it is obligatory for operators and companies that operate in customs within.

Altogether the formative programming of the first semester of 2017 of the association includes 17 course, four seminaries and three workshops.

The program will be inaugurated on 15 February with the master in order to form the figure of the AEO that addresses to all the companies already certifyd AEO or that they intend to ask the authorization, which, for being consistent with new requirement, must characterize to their inside or the referring ones that they will have to be interfacciare with the Agency of Customs. The course previews the obligation of finals of the participant (test to multiple choices and oral talk), exceeded which will be released a certificate of participation to the course.

Between the titles of the others organized course of the first semester from Assologistica Culture and Formation figures: "Contracted of logistic logistics and outsourcing, normative and practical-organizational aspects" (21 February); "ABC of the customs operations: practical introduction to customs and the opportunity for the enterprises" (23 February); "The contracts of logistics to the test of eCommerce" (9 March); "The logistics of the last mile: when, as and because organizing it and managing it" (23 March); "The regulated marine transports from bill of lading: rights, obligation and responsibility of the logistic operators" (13 April); "Warehouse, contract and transport, three contracts to I confront: which contractual solutions to adopt and which protections to preview, species if is given to assignment to a conveyor" (20 April); "The multimodale international transportation, contractual and operating aspects" (30 April); "Logistic stretching: norm of reference and documentation of contest" (4 May).

To the course, of the duration of a day, to the seminaries and the workshops come abreast, of the duration of average day, in the course of which topics of practical usefullness or the great present time will be faced, between which the seminary on 28 February dedicated to the innovations in matter of digital customs and the seminary that it will be focused on norms, obligation on 23 May contractual and incentives in the rail shipment. Other workshops will be all dedicated to the topic of patient compliance and customs strategy for the fields of the fashion (6 April), of food (15 May) and of pharma (the 20 june), inspired to the principle of "as making of a burden a business".
