Ok of the CIPE to the realization of first and of according to lottery of the transboundary section of the railway line Turin Lyon



Yesterday the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning (CIPE) has approved of the start of the realization of first and of according to constructive lottery of the railway line Turin Lyon, transboundary section of the international section, leaves municipality Italian-French, besides to give the green light to the articulation in five constructive lotteries.

The Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports has evidenced that, "with the approval of the work second the division in five constructive lotteries in observance than had from the law n.1/2017 of it ratifies of the international agreements of 2015 and 2016, from the total costs of 5,5 billion euros of Italian competence, and with the financing of the first two lotteries on the base of the resources already available (about 2,9 billion euros) will be able to be allowed the start of the contests and, therefore, the beginning of the work, respecting the sanctioned tempistiche and international engagements. Moreover, the respect of the engagements assumed from the government will afford also in order to reach to the European resources already consented, for beyond 300 million euros. With the approval of the preliminary investigation - it has found moreover the ministry - at last the assumed engagements are guaranteed, also in recent times, from the government, in it confronts for interventions of the territorial local authorities and interested from the realization of the work, carrying almost 100 million euros the value of the measures of accompanyment of environmental and social refreshment that will be put into effect on the base of a program to share in the within of the Observatory for the railway axis Turin-Lyon".

In the reunion yesterday the CIPE has been profitable to seem favorable also on the contract outline of program 2017-2021 between the Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports and Italian Railway Net (RFI) that, among other things, it finalizes the resources allocated with the Law of Stability 2017, about 10 billion euros that, added to the resources brought from other dispositions of law (PON, FSC), carry to leave again, with contract 2012-2016, beyond 13 billion euros.

"The contract - it has specified the Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports - report programmed investments in course and for a total of beyond 200 billion, of which about 66 financed, in fact the planning of the requirements is brought back, for the first time, with decennial temporal horizon, subdivided in quinquenniums 2017-2021 and 2022-2026".

Between the participations with financings 2017 they figure those for accessibility on iron to ports, to interpose you and airports (700 million), investments in order to start, among other things, the realizzativa phase of the new connections with the airports of Venice and Genoa and for the ulterior potenziamento of the connections to the ports and terminals. Moreover 2,6 billion euros are destined to investments on the main realized European corridors for constructive lotteries, finalized to complete and to upgrade the system Alta Velocità and Alta Capacità as well as the connections with Europe: they are financed the fifth lottery of the Third Pass of Giovi, the fifth lottery of the Gallery of Base of Brenner and according to lottery of the draft East Brescia - Verona.
