The shipowning group Greek Attica, than work services ferry with the marks Superfast Ferries and Blue Ferries Star, has archived item the first half of 2017 with revenues pairs to 112,0 million euros, with an increment of +2.2% regarding 109,6 million euros in the first semester last year. In the first six months of this year the ships of the Attica group have carried out a number of departures of advanced +4.3% regarding the same period of 2016 and have transported 1,55 million passengers (+5.4%), 220 thousand private motors vehicle (+9.9%) and 147 thousand truck (+2.3%). The services realized in Mare Adriatico on the routes Patrasso-Igoumenitsa-Ancoa and Patrasso-Igoumenitsa-Bari (in joint service with Anek Lines), with a number of departures grown of +2.1%, have recorded an increment of +16.8% of the passengers, a +14.2% of the cars and an increase of +3.5% of the trucks. On the Greek national routes, segment of market in which the departures are increased of +4.8%, the passengers are gone up of +4.3%, the cars of +9.2% and the trucks of +1.7%.

In the first semester of the 2017 Greek company Minoan Lines, that it takes part of the partenopeo shipowning group Grimaldi and that work also it services ferry, it has totaled revenues pairs to 35,5 million euros, with a decrease of the -51,0% on the first half of 2016. The decrease is effect of the recording as operating activity stopped of the marine services operated in the Adriatic with the ferries Cruise Europe and Cruise Olympia within Time contracts charter between Minoan Lines and the Grimaldi group that are finished on January 1°, 2017. Al clearly of such activities the revenues recorded in the first half of the 2017 turn out advanced of +19.2% regarding the correspondent period of 2016. Minoan Lines has closed the first six months of this year with an EBITDA of 2,6 million euros and a profit after the taxes of 1,7 million euros, with bendings respective of the -80,4% and the -86,4% on the first half of 2016 (the decreases turns out pairs respective to -45,1% and -87,0% to clearly of the stopped activities).

In the first six months of this year the ships of the Minoan have transported 272 thousand passengers, 33 thousand car and 29 thousand truck, with decreases respective of -31%, -48% and -57% the attributable ones essentially to the stopped activity of the company in the Adriatic.
