Last year the single hydrocarbon traffic has been pairs to 11,75 million tons (+29.6% on 2016), of which 4,04 million tons of natural gas (+64.1%), 3,24 million tons of gasolines (+35.1%), 2,35 million tons of diesel oil (- 13.1%), 1,93 million tons of other fuel (+43.4%) and 178 thousand chemicals tons of other (+26.7%), while the traffic of the other liquid bulk has been attested 2,73 million to tons (+16.4%), of which 1,16 million tons of chemicals (+23.2%), 773 thousand tons of oils and fat people (+25.0%), 549 thousand tons of biocombustibili (- 4.8%), 150 thousand produced tons of other oil (+19.8%) and 79 thousand tons of fertilizers (+30.1%).

Last year moreover the tons of solid bulk are enlivened 4,46 million d, volume that represents an light increase of +0.7% on 2016. Down, instead, it has turned out handling of new cars of factory that have been 837 thousand (- 8.7%).

In the 2017 traffic of the passengers it has been of 4,14 million people (+4.5%), of which 2,71 million crocieristi (+1.1%) and 1,42 million passengers of ferries (+11.8%).
