To August the traffic of the goods in the port of Ravenna is dropped of -3,7%



Last August the traffic of the goods enlivened from the port of Ravenna is diminished of the -3,7% being is pairs to 2,07 million tons regarding 2,15 million enlivened tons in August 2017. The cargos to the disembarkation are piled to 1,75 million tons (- 4.5%) and those to the boarding to 322 thousand tons (+0.8%). The total contraction of the -3,7% of the traffic of August 2018 is determined by the reduction of the volumes enlivened in all the merceologici segments with the exception of that of the liquid bulk that has attested to 393 thousand tons (+10.3%), of which 229 thousand tons of producing oil (+12.4%), 113 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (+7.7%) and 51 thousand tons of chemicals (+6.9%). In the field of the goods sand banks the total has been of 1,42 million tons (- 5.0%), with decrease of the produced metalworkers (540 thousand tons, -3,5%), of crude ores and material from construction (325 thousand tons, -29,6%), of the alimentary commodities (210 thousand tons, -17,9%) and of the composts (42 thousand tons, -52,3%) and with agricultural produced increments of (267 thousand the tons, +145.2%) and of metallurgical minerals and lime waste (33 thousand tons, +788.7%). In bending also the cargos in container with 157 thousand tons (- 3.8%) and the cargos on rotabili with 107 thousand tons (- 24.7%).

In the first eight ravennate months of the 2018 port it has totally enlivened 17,65 million tons of goods, with a progression of +0.2% on the period January-August last year, of which 15,18 million tons of goods to disembarkation (+1.4%) and 2,47 million tons of goods to boarding (- 6.5%). In the section of the goods sand banks the total has been of 11,89 million tons (+1.5%), of which 4,51 million tons of producing to metalworkers (+3.1%), 3,41 million tons of crude ores, manufactured products and materials from construction (- 6.4%), 1,42 million agricultural tons of producing (to +54.2%), 1,35 million tons of alimentary commodities (- 13.0%), 912 thousand tons of composts (- 3.6%), solid 173 thousand tons of fuel and minerals (- 7.1%), metallurgical 66 thousand tons of minerals and lime waste (+18.0%), 10 thousand tons of chemicals and to 25 thousand tons of other cargos dry (+33.8%). The traffic of the goods containerized is piled to 1,60 million tons (- 5.0%) and are realized with a handling of containers pairs to 145.842 teu (- 3.2%). The cargo traffic ro-ro has totaled 1,08 million tons (- 9.4%).
