The association of the Spanish shipowners subjects to the politicians a series of measures for throws again of the marine transport



In sight of the elections anticipated that they will hold in Spain next the 28 April, so as happened in occasion of returned precedence electoral, the association of the Spanish shipowners has introduced a series of proposals in order to throw again the field of the marine transports which sustainable modality of transport, carrier of development, engine of the economy and source of occupation, suggestions synthetized in 20 measures that are sent to the main national political parties.

Between the measures more meaningful proposals from the Asociación de Navieros Españoles (ANAVE), the first previews the introduction of a system of economic incentives to the question on the model of the Ecobonus, similar to that - it has specified the association - that it is experimented with success in Italy, incentives that are turned the haulers so that they use the marine transports and that in Italy they preview the reimbursement to the haulers of a percentage of the which prorated marine transport costs to the reduction of the externalities, percentage that medium is pairs to 28% of the transport rate by sea.

Moreover the ANAVE exhorts to short grant automatically to the marine transport beam of the exemptions from the pilotage services, exemptions that - the association to point 3 explains - would have to be come to an agreement once that the number of ports of call is reached demanded, as expected from decrees 1621 of 2002 of the Ministry of Transportation, in consideration of the elevated number of ports of call that the ships employed in these services realize in a same port.

In topic of administrative procedures and creation of places of work, to 14 point the Spanish shipowning association invites to the simplification of the administrative procedures for enlistment of marine non-EU citizens employed on which joined ships the Special Registry of the Canaries and the simplification of the procedures for the release of the visas to the marine non-EU citizens so that they can be recruited in Spain on Spanish ships, while to 15 point the ANAVE exhorts, estimating case by chance, to apply the possibility as expected to increase to the percentage of marine non-EU citizens employed on Spanish ships from the law for the ports and the merchant navy.
