Ban of contest of the Cluster Aerial Cargo for the realization of the "II Study Observatory Aerial Cargo"



The Cluster Aerial Cargo (CCA), organization that represents 400 companies of the field of Italian the aerial transport goods that is constituted in the 2015 by ANAMA (National Association Aerial Agents Goods), Assaeroporti (Italian Association Airport Managers), Assohandlers (National Association Operating Airport Services of Handling) and IBAR (Italian Board Airline Representatives), has activated a ban of public selection for the realization of the "II Study Observatory Aerial Cargo", analysis on the field that will follow that published the slid Italian airport spring that it has put to I confront the hub of Milan Malpensa and Roma Fiumicino with the main ones competitor to European level(on 22 May 2019).

The objective of the banns is to offer to economic operators, public administrations and managers of infrastructures a valid instrument of analysis of the market of the aerial cargo and to disclose the acquaintance and the importance of the field of the aerial cargo in Italy that is strategic for the national economy: pack-saddles to think that in the 2018 traffic cargo on the Italian airports it has exceeded a million tons and it represents 25.8% of the value of the Italian exports extra EU.

With according to study it will be will be tried to characterize for which types of goods the aerial modality is competitive, making I confront with the recent one passed and with how much it happens in the main airports competitor of Germany, France and Holland, and it will be analyzed as increasing appeal of the Italian airports for the categories of goods the more potential high carrying out an investigation on a selected champion of enterprises customers, in order to understand which are the main motivations that they push to them to choose or less the aerial way for sure types of goods. Moreover the impact of the rail shipment between China and Europe will be analyzed, also in terms of erosion of quotas traffic today of the aerial cargo. It will be developed, at last, an investigation in order to comprise because important rows as the electronics and the ortofrutta do not choose the Italian airports, trying to develop with the Cluster of the proposals in order to improve the competitiveness of the Italian ports of call for these categories of goods.

The interested societies to participate to the ban will have to make to reach own manifestation of interest within next the 15 september the address of e-mail fasisrl@pec.it. Next the 25 september will hold a audition opened to all the societies that will have manifested own interest to participate, to the aim to answer to eventual demands for deepenings. The fixed date for the delivery of the study in its definitive form is on February 28, 2020. The previewed maximum cost for the realization of the study is fixed in 25 thousand euros.
