The ANCIP exhorts the MIT to convene the Table of the National Partnership Resource of the Sea



To light of the outcomes of the encounters that a delegation of the National Association Companies Harbour Enterprises (ANCIP) has had yesterday to Brussels with the Permanent Representation of Italy near the EU with the scope to evidence the pubblicistica nature of the Italian Authorities of Harbour System and of rimarcare the necessity to safeguard this formulation of governance of the national portualità, the ANCIP has newly sped up the Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports to convene the Table of the National Partnership Resource of the Sea in order to face this important issue and to avoid a procedure of European infraction that would risk to penalize the Italian ports of call.

ANCIP has announced that to such scope it will send in the next hours a formal demand and urgent turned to the minister to Paola De Micheli Transports in order to speed up the convocation of the Table of the National Partnership Resource of the Sea, asking that to the encounters formally the members of the Italian Permanent Representation near the European institutions are invited. "The convocation of such organ, in fact - it has emphasized the association - is indispensable in order to find shared solutions, useful to avoid the infraction procedure and that it at the same time allows to maintain to the public nature of our ports, avoiding privatizations and speculations".
