
The US group Cargill, which operates mainly in the
food sector, and the Singaporean Hafnia, which has a fleet of
over 200 tankers have formed the joint venture
Seascale Energy by bringing together the group's activities
in the ship fuel supply sector
through Pure Marine Fuels, the partnership
formed four years ago by Cargill and Denmark's Maersk Tankers,
with those of the Bunker Alliance, the buying and selling activity
and Hafnia's marine fuel brokerage. Cargill and Hafnia
