The marine insurance brokerage group Cambiaso Risso has completed the acquisition of Somecassur, a company based in Cannes specialises in the insurance of super and mega yachts founded by Pierre Ceci who will maintain the position of president and CEO. The operation, coordinated by Pierre Donnersberg, co-president of Diot-Siaci and Mauro Iguera, CEO of the Cambiaso Risso group, will allow the latter to further strengthen its presence on the Côte d'Azur and expand the Yacht service that guarantees its customers the risk assessment, adequate coverage, quality of insurers and the competitiveness of the premium.

Cambiaso Risso, thanks to the strategic partnership with the group Diot-Siaci is now the third largest marine insurance broker in the world and the second in Europe.
