The American Enstructure owns 22 maritime terminals
along the east coast of the United States and the U.S. Gulf, has
signed an agreement to buy the port terminals of the
Logistec, which is controlled by Blue Wolf Capital Partners,
private equity firm that at the beginning of 2024 had
acquired Logistec together with the investment company
Stonepeak and which will continue to participate in the division of
terminal activities of Enstructure as
investor.
Logistec is based in Montreal, Canada, and is present in the
in 62 U.S. ports and operates a total of 84 terminals in the
USA including some intermodal terminals. After the transaction, the
company will maintain its headquarters in
Montreal.
