
The Genoese RT&L Spa, listed since the end of last year
on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, announced
to have signed a two-year framework agreement with
Guangzhou Salvage (GZS), a company incorporated under Chinese law
directly controlled by the Ministry of Transport of the
People's Republic of China which offers integrated services in the field of
maritime. The agreement - specified the Italian company - has as its
main purpose to regulate relations between RT&L and GZS in order to
to participate jointly in calls for tenders and competitive procedures for
projects of interest in the Mediterranean, Africa and South
America.
As part of this RT&L collaboration, which operates services
transport and logistics network, will bring its own network
commercial sector and GZS will provide the
fleet, thereby expanding the portfolio of
opportunities at international level. The projects that will come
identified from time to time will be managed and coordinated
jointly by RT&L and GZS and governed by specific agreements

and first point of contact with customers.
Guangzhou Salvage highlighted that the choice of GZS as the
partners strengthens and expands the Project Cargo &
Chartering, in line with the group's growth strategy
RT&L. GZS has about 80 naval units,
of which initially about 30 dedicated exclusively to the agreement and
that can be used, in particular, in offshore activities, in the
