shipping companies, the French CMA CGM is
equipping the core business of maritime transport with activities
related logistics with a growth path in this sector

Lifecycle Services of Ingram Micro, in 2022 with the acquisition
control of Colis Privé and with the acquisition of the
GEFCO, in 2024 with the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics and
now with a new important and huge investment

Today, in fact, CMA CGM announced an agreement to buy the
FedEx Supply Chain, a subsidiary of the U.S.-based FedEx Corp,
an enterprise value of $1.4 billion. The group
French shipowner highlighted that the operation, whose

to enter into multi-year commercial agreements relating to the transport of
air and sea, with the French company becoming a
preferred ocean carrier for FedEx, offering
maritime transport and freight transport under a non-
exclusive. The two companies will also collaborate on solutions
of air transport capacity to enhance their respective
global networks, in order to optimise the use of aircraft, and
the flexibility of long-term transport capacity
