
The private equity investment firm Renaissance
Partners (RP) managed by Luxembourg-based Renaissance AIFM Sarl has
signed a binding agreement for the acquisition from the American

group in the cruise ship sector, in the refit of large yachts
and adjacent segments, in pursuit of acquisitions
strategic strategies, in improving operational excellence and
ESG performance and the further development of the Group as a

the naval interior industry.
