China's 1999 Trade Surplus Seen At $25-27 Billion

BEIJING, Oct 21, 1999 - (Reuters) China's trade surplus could slip to between $25 and $27 billion in 1999 from last year's $43.6 billion, a prominent economist was quoted on Thursday as saying.
