Nel 2007 il porto di Hong Kong ha movimentato 245,4 milioni di tonnellate di merci

Lo scorso anno il traffico delle merci nel porto di Hong Kong è ammontato a 245,4 milioni di tonnellate, con una progressione del 3% rispetto al 2006. Il traffico marittimo si è attestato a 177,3 milioni di tonnellate (+7%), quello fluviale a 68,1 milioni di tonnellate (-5%). Il traffico di importazione è stato di 141,3 milioni di tonnellate (0%), quello di esportazione di 104,1 milioni di tonnellate (+8%).
Il traffico dei container è stato pari a 23.998.000 teu (+2%).
