inforMARE - Domani e dopodomani a Genova si terrà la conferenza finale del progetto “Enhancing Recruitment and Training in the European Shipping Industry” realizzato dall'European Transport Workers' Federation (ETF) e sviluppato in tre workshop svoltisi a Nantes, Berlino e Londra rispettivamente il 27 aprile, 15 giugno e 30 settembre scorsi. Il progetto è focalizzato su tre temi: come far fronte alla carenza di marittimi europei e alle eventuali carenze formative?; realizzare programmi di formazione in Europa risponde alla richiesta dell'industria di marittimi qualificati e competenti?; come contrastare il crescente tasso di abbandono della professione marittima da parte di nuovi cadetti che escono dalle scuole marittime?
