Introduced the third edition of the Relationship on Nautical Tourism of National the Nautical Observatory



Yesterday to Milan the third edition of the Relationship on Nautical Tourism by National the Nautical Observatory is introduced, truth been born in the 2008 from an agreement between the partner founding - Italian Academy Marina Mercantile, Province of Genoa, UCINA - Nautical Confindustria, University of the Studies of Genoa (DIEM - Department of Economy and quantitative Methods of the University and CERSIT - Research center for the Innovation and the Development of Tourism) under the scientific guide of professor Gian Marco Ugolini of the University of Genoa. The document analyzes in punctual way the glares that nautical tourism generates to territorial level, environmental, productive and economic.

In the quinquennium the 2007-2011 harbour infrastructure number for the diporto on the national territory has recorded an increment of beyond 7.6% having reached the 540 units of which 348 polifunzionali ports, 116 76 tourist port and mooring points.

The relationship has evidenced in the 2011 existence of beyond 157.000 places boat (against the 153,027 of 2010), concentrated above all in Liguria (21,716, pairs to 13.8% of the total) and Sardinia (20,175, pairs to 12.8%).

Regarding the management of the tourist ports, the relationship has evidenced as, from the occupational point of view, such structures generates full-time in average about nine assigned directed and 61 assigned in the induced one, given that, if of plays hooky, they go up respective to 12 and 76.

From the point of view of the economic management, the investigation lead from National the Nautical Observatory has evidenced as the harbour enterprises, unwinds central of this field, shows obvious suffering not as well as in the characteristic management, how much in the fiscal area (because of the exponential increase of the canons of the state property concessions) and financial institution.

An investigation realized on 110 ports and 850 diportisti on all the territory national and reported per year 2010, has evidenced that the every day expense per capita of the single diportisti allocates them in plays hooky (excluded therefore the thick ones carried out during the summery transit) is pairs to an average of 102 euros (from the 45,7 of the possessory ones of floating, to beyond 430 of who navigates on superyacht). More in particular than this figure, about 58 euros they are destined to the catering, while about 38 they are spold in every day shopping.

UCINA - Nautical confindustria has emphasized that nautical one is anticipated therefore as an able section to generate important fallen back economic on the territory and that, with regard to this, if the government had not received in Decreto Liberalizations the requests of UCINA for the modification of the tax parking in possession tax would have been the risk of a total damage of about 1,5 billion euros between reduction of the direct entrances of the State deriving from the nautical tourism, lacked induced generated from superyacht in transit and the harbour investments to risk.

In the course of the presentation moreover it is illustrated the NaQI - Nautical Quality Index, the first index that measure the nautical quality of the Italian coastal provinces on the base of four indicators: the territorial offer of ports and places boat, the quality of the harbour services, the presence of other tourisms of the sea and street accessibility and the relationship between the places boat available and the number of diportisti that gravitate on that territory. Al first place has placed the province of Lucca, to according to place the province of Genoa, while on the third step the province of Matera is placed.

At last, ulterior innovation of edition 2012 of the Relationship on Nautical Tourism, is the Thematic of the Nautical one, the first example in Italy of cartographic, European, Italian a work and on a worldwide basis provincial Atlas (36 planks) dedicated to the field of the nautical one from diporto.
