President of the Region Friuli Venice Julia throws again the project of a governance only for the three ports of Trieste, Monfalcone and Porto Nogaro. Meeting today the trade-union representatives of Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti and the RSU of the workers in order to make the point on the criticalities of the port of Monfalcone, Debora Serracchiani has remembered that "the Friuli Venice Julia is a small but fortunate region, also because he arranges three ports very, but - he has emphasized - it must indicate they an only perspective of governance".

Facing the criticalities of the monfalconese port of call - management of the port, dredgings, precarizzazione of the job, notice to leave of the integrating contract by the harbour company - object in recent days of three days of strike and protest in front of the center of the regional council, Debora Serracchiani has found that the solutions go characterized through immediate actions, beginning from the dredgings, and with "participations macros" that regard the governance of the monfalconese port of call but, more in general terms, of the three regional ports of Trieste, Monfalcone and Porto Nogaro.

Care escavo of the channel of access to the port of Monfalcone, the sentences "absolutely necessary because the block is risked to the harbour activities", the president of the Region has explained that "we are waiting for the conclusion of the procedures of Appraisal of national Environmental impact: we are verifying - it has assured - that all the first possible one goes to good term, also because there are the resources and because the Region is ready to take part". Moreover Debora Serracchiani has remembered that, in sight of the landing place in Parliament of "I decree of Fare", some parliamentarians have introduced an amendment in order to bring back to the environmental competence of the Region the permissions on the dredgings and the WAY.

In the course of the reunion the president of the regional agency has confirmed the convocation for next tuesday of the advisory Committee of the port, center in which - he has said - "I confide that they can be serenely faced the topics of the job, the precarizzazione, the social shocks-absorber, safety and the formation".

Debora Serracchiani has restated that, however, the main aspect that determines the future of the monfalconese port of call is that of the governance: "we have - it has explained - a regional port conquered graces to a regional law, on which but the competences of the Region are not limited solos, but quite sovrapponibili to the national competences. Every time that it must be taken a decision is called to the table ten various subjects, to national and regional valence. In this way an effective and efficient management appears impossible".
