The group Genting Hong Kong has bought the three ship yards of Wismar, Warnemünde (Rostock) and Stralsund of the German group Nordic Yards for a total of 230,6 million euros. Currently in the three plants 1,400 people work. In Germany the group of Hong has a ship yard already, Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven, in which they work some 1.700 people and of which recently Genting has obtained the entire property ( on 18 September and 24 5 November 2015 and January 2016).
