Saipem has closed the first nine months of 2018 with a net loss of -357 million euros



The Saipem Italian has archived item the first nine months of 2018 with revenues pairs to 6,06 billion euros, with a bending of the -11,9% regarding 6,87 billion euros in the correspondent period last year. The EBITDA rectified has turned out pairs to 760 million euros (- 4.4%) and the operating profit to 43 million euros regarding 257 million euros in the period January-september of 2017. Saipem has closed the first nine months of this year with a net loss of -357 million euros respect to a net loss of -57 million euros in the same period of 2017.

In the period January-september of the 2017 value of the new acquired orders from the company is piled to 6,12 billion euros (+29.8%).

In the third trimester of the 2018 Saipem it has recorded revenues pairs to 2,26 billion euros, with a decrease of the -1,1% on the trimester July-september last year. The EBITDA rectified has been attested to 277 million euros (+2.2%), the operating profit to 117 million euros (- 12.0%) and the economic result clearly has been of sign negative and pairs to -34 million euros respect to a profit clearly of 53 million euros in the third trimester of 2017. The new acquired orders in the third trimester of this year have totaled 2,13 billion euros (+18.8%).

The value of the pocketbook orders of the company on 30 September turned out pairs to 12,46 billion euros regarding 12,39 billion on September 30, 2017.
