The Committee of management of the AdSP of the Tyrrhenian Northerner has approved of the budget of forecast for 2020



Friday the Committee of management of the Authority of Harbour System of the Tyrrhenian Sea Northern has approved of the budget of forecast for fiscal year 2020 of the agency, that it previews a presumed cash in hand of 141 million euros, an economic result clearly of two million and a remainder administration of 75 million euros, down of 12,5 million on the exercise precedence.

Relatively to the investments, the next year the AdSP previews to spend 24 million euros for the realization of infrastructural works. Sul forehead of the running entrances is attended returns for 36,9 million euros, of which 13 million from the harbour taxes, 7,5 from the anchor duties and 11,1 million from the state property canons. To these they will join entered on account capital for about 9,2 million euros, of which six million coming from the mortgage ignited with the BEAUTIFUL ones and 2,9 million from the Tuscany Region.

"2020 - the president of the harbour authority has commented, Stefano Corsini - are an important year for the AdSP, that it will be called to confirm the positive trend of increase of the traffics of the last years. The approved of budget of forecast will see slowly engaged the Harbour Authority on the front of the modernization of own ports through an important of investments. They are many - Corsini has explained - the objectives that there are ripromessi to reach for 2020: between these they figure the completion of the works previewed from the Portuale Town development plan of Piombino and the infrastructuring of the elbani ports, with reference, in particular, to the realization of the new Marine Station to Portoferraio and of the works previewed from the Technical Adaptation Funzionale of the Portuale Town development plan of Rio Marina". On Livorno, instead, "we intend to realize the pioritari participations in order to favor the takeover of Porto 2000, to develop the railway connections in order to stimulate the internodalità and to realize the mobile bridge on the Scolmatore, thanks to which it will finally become possible to close the Vinciane Doors and to so avoid the continuous sand fill of the next backdrops the docks of the Tuscany Dock". At last, "we will go ahead with the Europe Dock, not forgetting to set aside for the year 10 million euros that at work carries to total 60 million euros the amount of the resources own destined ones of expansion to sea of the port".

The Committee of management of the AdSP has approved of also triennial program 2020-2022 of the public works. From the picture of the resources forecasts of expense in the three years for beyond 380 million euros emerge, of which 24 million in 2020, 106,7 in 2021, and 261,4 in 2022.

In the course of the friday reunion also the determination for 2020 of the maximum number of the authorizations to the exercise of the operations and the harbour services is adopted the concerning deliberation. With reference to the harbour operations, to Livorno it is confirmed the maximum number pairs to those currently active, while to Piombino the number is increased of two unit in forecast of the outcomes of the Action of Address of last August. The elbani ports confirmed the allowable maximum authorizations also. Regarding the harbour services, the maximum numbers of the authorizations previewed in 2019 are confirmed for all the ports.
