Between the main boarded cargo volumes on the ships directed to north they figure the goods in container with 19,3 million tons (+2.1%), the crude oil with 3,3 million tons (- 14.6%), the diesel oils with 2,7 million tons (+39.3%), the which liquified natural gas with 1,7 million tons (+23.9%), gasolines with 1,4 million tons (- 20.8%), the coal and coke with 1,4 million tons (- 29.8%), the chemicals ones with 1,1 million tons (- 5.0%) and the oils vegetables with 896 thousand tons (+9.5%).

As for cargos on board of the ships that last month have crossed the directed channel Egyptian towards south and that they have been boarded in the ports of the northern Mediterranean, therefore mainly from the Italian ports, the total has been of 5,7 million tons, with an increase of +4.9% on November 2018. Instead cargos on board of the ships that are passed in the destined channel directed to north and to being disembarked in the ports of the northern Mediterranean they have marked - for the fifteenth consecutive month - a decrease being it are pairs to 5,9 million tons (- 12.2%).

In the first eleven months of the 2019 channel it is crossed altogether by 17.229 ships, with a progression of +3.6% on the same period last year, of which 4,681 oil tankers (+8.7%) and 12,548 units of other type (+1.8%). The journeyed ships transported a total of 942,9 million tons of goods (+4.8%), of which 517,9 million tons on the ships directed to south (+8.4%) and 425,1 million tons on those directing to north (+0.8%).

In the first eleven months of this year the boarded cargos in the ports of the Mediterranean on the directed ships that have crossed the Suez Canal to south are piled to 55,1 million tons (- 3.6%), while those on board of the ships journeyed in the channel in the opposite direction and disembarked in the harbour ports of call of the northern Mediterranean have totaled 77,2 million tons (- 15.0%).
