After signing an agreement with the group last October,
the French shipping group CMA CGM for the management of half
of the new container terminal of the Moroccan port of Nador West Med
(

October 2024), the Moroccan terminal operator group Marsa Maroc has
signed an agreement with the terminal operator Terminal
Investment Limited (TIL) of the Swiss shipping group
Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) for the entry of the latter
in the share capital of the Moroccan group company that
is the concessionaire of the port's East Container Terminal
(

June 2024), capital that will be divided between the 50% plus
one share held by the African company and 50% minus one share
of the TIL.
