Brussels authorizes a modification to the plan of restructure of the Croatian ship yard Brodotrogir

commission has approved of a modification to the plan of restructure of the Croatian ship yard Brodotrogir di Trogir that has the objective to allow the privatization of the society within the next 1° July, date of the income of Croatia in the European Union, with the acquisition of the yard from the Kermas Energija of Zagreb(

of the 20 July 2012).

the EU commission has authorized di Gdynia put into effect with the acquisition of obligations for 120 million zloty (approximately 40 million euros) from governmental agency Polish Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemyslu - ARP). Brussels has approved of the financing as - has explained the Commission - "the bonds they are bought to market price and therefore does not offer to Nauta an undue economic advantage. Therefore the financing according to does not constitute an aid of State of the regulations of the EU in matter".
