CMA CGM complete the cession of 49% of Terminal Link to Chinese CMHI



Today the French shipowning group CMA CGM has completed the cession of 49% of the capital stock of the terminalista society Terminal Link to the Chinese group Lowers Merchants Holdings (International) Co. (CMHI), quota that is sold for 400 million euros ( on 25 January 2013).

The cession of the participation is made official with a ceremony to Luxemburg in the course of which the general manager of CMA CGM, Farid Salem, has evidenced the satisfaction of the French group in order to have tight this strategic new partnership with CMHI that - has explained - "he will allow us to together put our forces, that they are complementary, and to ulteriorly get ahead the investments in the terminals".
