Al term of the project of lengthening, cured from the division Ship Repair and Conversion di Fincantieri, every ship will be long about 254 meters, will have a tonnage of about 63.000 tons, will be able to accommodate 3,500 people, with 3.000 square metres of bridge car and beyond 3.700 linear meters destined to heavy means.

Under the technological profile the adoption of turned solutions of vanguard to the reduction of the environmental impact and to the energy saving is previewed, which the installation of scrubber for purification of drainage gases and a system of mega lithium A batteries for feeding the ship during the pauses in the ports without the need to put in function the diesel engine-generators, reaching so the objective promoted from the Grimaldi group of the zero emissions in port.
