The city council member has emphasized that "draft of a project of absolute importance under the environmental profile that will interest about 900.000 cubic metres of material to arrange, advance preparation, in the case of overwhelmed of the Lisert, allowing the adapted positioning of sediments in the respect of the norm and the environmental protection. It is - he has specified Pizzimenti - an operation ambitious and complex that the regularization of the bottom of the case with the realization of a system of water-drainage, the increase and the replenishment of the current perimeter containments and the realization of a waterproof diaphragm previews in order to contain the dredged material".

The project has been subordinate to procedures of appraisal of national environmental impact (decrees Via 167 on August 6, 2015) that they have carried to its approval with some prescription, being profitable therefore necessary substantial a progettuale review. The city council member has specified that the certificatore agency for the validity is characterized and that, consequently, the completion also of this procedure is previewed within February in such a way as to publish the actions of contest within March. Parallel the operations of investigation and war reclamation of necessary the overwhelmed bathtub will be executed of the Lisert to the aims of the appaltabilità.
