announced today an agreement between Open Gate Capital, a
U.S. private equity specializing in carve-out transactions
to which Maersk Training, a company that

sectors such as wind, oil & gas and marine, and its subsidiary
Maersk H2S Safety Services, a provider of
gas and security for the onshore and offshore energy industry. The

The sale seems to be part of the Danish group's strategy
of concentration on the core business of maritime transport
containerized, culminating in 2017 with the acquisition of the German

closely related in the port terminal and
logistics, while at the same time the Danish company has exited the

of tugboats.
