The company has specified that taking into consideration the fluctuations of the monetary changes and the weakening of the dollar, the decrease of the quarterly volume of transactions turns out to be of -2,3%. Hapag-Lloyd has evidenced also the cost reduction realized in the first three months of 2014, burdens that have been pairs to 1,40 billion euros regarding 1,49 billion euros in the same period last year (decrease to which it has contributed also the decrease of the average cost of the bunker that has been pairs to 595 dollars/ton regarding 627 dollars/ton in the first trimester last year). The operating result has been of sign negative for -63,2 million euros respect to operating liabilities of -53,2 million euros in the first three months of 2013. The EBITDA has been pairs to 2,9 million euros regarding 24,0 million euros in the quarterly exercise last year.
