- Il prossimo 8 dicembre a Bruxelles, ospitata nella sede della Rappresentanza dello Stato libero di Baviera presso l'UE, si terrà la seconda conferenza con le parti interessate organizzata da Feport, l'associazione dei terminalisti portuali europei, con lo scopo di individuare ed evidenziare ostacoli e opportunità per lo sviluppo di una catena logistica efficiente e sostenibile in Europa. All'incontro parteciperà Violeta Bulc, commissario europeo ai Trasporti, che aprirà la conferenza.

- Anticipando i temi dell'evento, Feport ha rilevato che nel passato la crescita economica, producendo un aumento dei risultati economici delle aziende e dei loro ricavi, è probabile che abbia contribuito anche a mascherare le debolezze e le inefficienze delle catene logistiche, mentre oggi il contesto è differente e caratterizzato da un rallentamento della crescita e da un calo della domanda. L'associazione ha spiegato che l'obiettivo della prossima conferenza è quello di discutere, con una mentalità positiva e costruttiva, delle debolezze e dei rischi che caratterizzano la catena logistica, con lo scopo di convertire difficoltà e sfide in punti di forza e opportunità.
