The Fiscal Commission of the Lombardy has established that the endorsements applied from Customs are disproportionate



The Lombardic Association Shippers and Haulers (ALSEA) has manifested satisfaction because the endorsements applied from the Agency of Customs and the Monopolies are considered disproportionate. The Fiscal Commission of the Lombardy, with the appeal sentence n. 2129 on March 15, 2018, have declared in fact disproportionate and to disapplicare, in the quantum, the endorsements irrogate from the Agency of Customs on the base of art the 303 of the Consolidated act of the customs legislation restating as the violation of a general principle of the European ordering allows with the national judge of disapplicare the norm eventually considered incompatible with that European.
