Difficult labor situation in Japan ports

On 25th March the Labor Unions of Japan ports presented a written declaration of going strike. The content of the declaration is as follows:
Sunday - no work available during the whole day; this tactics has started from March 16 until they reach to an agreement.
In addition above
Monday through Saturday work - no night shift (18:00-08:00) available on and from March 31st until they reach to an agreement
All japanese ports including YOK, TYO, NGO, UKB and HAK will be involved.
The stevedore is supposed to stop working al 18:00 at TYO/NGO, 17:00 at UKB during strike.
The next meeting will be held on March 28 afternoon. If the meeting break, unfortunately they go on strike, and Japan-call vessels of all container operators will be seriously affected.
