Shipowning consortium THE Alliance anticipates the new Network of services that will be inaugurated to April



If the programmed Network of services to the start of the inaugurated operating activity last April from the THE Alliance, the formed shipowning consortium from the German company Hapag-Lloyd, that taiwanese Yang Ming Line and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha ("K" were constituted by 31 marine routes Linens), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK), the three Japanese companies that meantime have agreed to melt the respective activities of containerized marine transport instituting the Ocean Network Express (ONE) ( on 7 July 2017), it is announced today that from the next April, to a year from the operating activation of the consortium, THE Alliance will realize 33 services of line on the marine routes East-West having employed 250 portacontainer that 81 ports in Asia, Europe North, the Mediterranean, North America and Headquarters and Middle East will climb altogether.

The activity is very started by the operating point of view and with the new delivery various great ships we are able to serve still better our customers".

The new configuration of the Network of services of line of THE Alliance includes eight services on the Asia-Europe route, of which three with ports of call in the Mediterranean, 16 transpacifici services, seven ocean-going liners and two with the Middle East.

If in the initial outline of the Network of marine routes of the shipowning alliance three Italian ports for a total of six were included touched, that is Genoa in three services, La Spezia in two and Livorno in a line, in what it will be put in existence by the next April are included four Italian ports, with inserted Genoa and La Spezia both in the service Asia-Mediterranean MD2 and that ocean-going liner AL6 and with the ports of Livorno and Salerno both included in the line ocean-going liner AL6.
