In the second quarter of 2026, Konecranes significantly increased new orders in the face of a worsening of the quarterly financial performance. In fact, in the period, the value of the new orders acquired by the Finnish company, which produces handling and lifting equipment, amounted to 1.24 billion, up +13.1% on the second quarter of 2015 2025. As of June 30, the value of the orderbook has stood at 3.38 billion, up +16.1% on 30 June 2025.

In the period April-June of this year, Konecranes' revenues amounted to €1.02 billion (-3.1%). Operating profit is state of €119.6 million (-12.6%) and net profit of €90.6 million (-9,8%).

In the port sector alone the revenues quarterly results totalled €355.0 million (-12.9%) and operating profit €35.2 million (-25.1%). In this sector Order intake totalled €509.5 million (+17.0%) and the related order book value rose by +16.5% to 1.83 billion.
