In the 2010 result clearly of the terminalista group DP World it has grown of 21.9%



The terminalista group DP World of Dubay has closed 2010 with a profit clearly of 451 million dollars on revenues for 3.189 million dollars, with increments respective of 21.9% and 8.9% on the exercise anniversary precedence. Last year the profit clearly adjusted to parity of perimento of consolidation is piled to 450 million dollars regarding 333 million dollars in 2009. The operating result (EBITDA adjusted) has been attested to 1.240 million dollars, in increase of 15.7% regarding 1.072 million in 2009.

We remember that last year the harbour terminals of the Middle Eastern group have enlivened a traffic of the container pairs to 50 million teu ( on 25 January 2011). "Our results of 2010, with a profit before taxes of beyond 500 million dollars - the managing director of the group, Mohammed Sharaf has declared today, commenting these financial data - reflect a return to the increase of the containerized volumes and a greater generation of revenues with the benefits deriving from our measures of control of the costs and improvement of the efficiency of the implemented terminals as a result of the recession. Our activities in the field of the container have continued to generate excellent performances, with revenues from the container that have been advanced regarding the levels recorded in 2008. In spite of the slower increase of the revenues not-container, the control of the costs and the efficiency of the terminals they have produced to an increase of 16% of the EBITDA to 1.240 million dollars and an EBITDA margin returned over 40%".

"In the first two months of 2011 - Mohammed Sharaf has announced - we have seen an increase of the traffic of 12% in our consolidated pocketbook of terminal, with an ulterior improvement of the margin regarding entire year 2010.
